Small and urgent parcels are expensive to move through traditional courier networks, and senders often have little visibility once a parcel leaves their hands. PSVT Port set out to change that with a traveller-based delivery model: people already making a journey carry parcels for others, coordinated through a single digital platform.

The Challenge
