Cashira Smart Calendar, developed for Quality Sync Solutions, is built to do the planning. Users describe what they need in plain language, typed or spoken, and the platform creates, schedules and reorganises events automatically. It recommends optimal slots, resolves conflicts, blocks time for deep work and keeps every connected calendar in sync.

In six months we took Cashira from concept to a production-ready release, owning product strategy, experience design, cross-platform mobile development, the AI scheduling layer, calendar integrations and AWS infrastructure with automated delivery pipelines.

Most professionals manage more than one calendar, coordinate across time zones and juggle personal and work commitments in the same week. Scheduling has become a constant background task, and the tools have not kept up. Calendars remain passive grids that depend on manual entry and manual problem-solving.

Quality Sync Solutions saw an opportunity to make the calendar an active assistant: one that understands natural language, learns a user's routines and handles the coordination work on their behalf, while meeting the security and reliability expectations of business users.

The Challenge

Cashira had to combine two very different experiences, an AI assistant and a precise calendar tool, without either undermining the other.

• Language to structured data. Requests such as “move my 3pm to Thursday and add 15 minutes before it” had to become exact, valid calendar operations.

• Sync integrity. Changes had to flow both ways between Cashira, Google Calendar and Outlook without duplicates, losses or drift.

• Time zones. Every event, recommendation and reminder had to be correct for users and attendees in different regions.

• Conflict handling. The system had to detect overlaps and propose sensible reorganisations, not just raise warnings.

• Trust. Automation had to be transparent enough that users stayed confident in what was on their calendar.

• Enterprise operation. Multi-tenant logic, secure data handling and production-grade infrastructure were required from launch.

Our Approach

We ran the engagement as a single integrated team, with strategy, design, AI and engineering working from one backlog. This kept product decisions, interaction design and technical architecture aligned throughout.

We mapped how people actually schedule: the requests they make, the conflicts they hit and the moments they abandon a calendar. User research and persona mapping identified three priorities: speed of entry, confidence in automation, and protection of focused time.

2. Experience Strategy

We designed the product around a seamless hand-off between conversation and calendar. Users can start in natural language and finish in a precise visual view, or the reverse, without losing context.

3. Design System & UX

We built a high-fidelity design system in Figma with mobile-first layouts for iOS and Android. Micro-interactions make scheduling actions, such as accepting a suggestion or resolving a conflict, quick and clear.

4. Engineering & Integration
